Let’s face it, being involved in an auto collision can be a frightening and even painful experience. I recently had your shop do some work on my pickup and once again your guys did a wonderful job of getting my vehicle back to looking like new. Your service was prompt, the work was wonderfully done, and I appreciate how you go out of your way to get the insurance coverage taken care of with no effort from me. When the accident happened I knew right away who I would go to because you have done work for me in the past. The work done then was so fine that I knew if I ever needed body work done again on any vehicle I would come back to you over and over again. Thank you for your fine work and service. I love my car. Baby it. Due to a bad paint experience at a different shop years ago, I am terrified of bad paint work. Dixie Auto Body made every effort to explain the work that would be completed on my car, how the insurance process works, etc. The car was put into the shop on time, I recieved timely updates regading the process, and MOST importantly; it was returned to me in BETTER condition that before the accident. They went to bat with the insurance company to ensure that the car was repaired PROPERLY, not just the minimums. Needless to say, I highly reccommend this crew to anyone needing body repair or paint. thanks!
